Gray Corporate Finance provides a range of complementary, specialist advisory services to support the work of other professional services firms and funders.
Accountant
As an independent corporate finance boutique we do not provide accountancy, audit or tax services. Accountancy practices can therefore be confident that we will respect the relationships the firms have with their clients.
In addition to offering ‘full service’ corporate finance advice, we also offer support on discrete elements of a transaction where, for example, a business broker is acting on the sale of a client but advice on matters such as working capital adjustments are excluded from the broker’s scope.
Lawyer
We provide support to the clients of law firms on the financial and accounting aspects of a transaction in areas such as working capital and earnout mechanisms.
We understand that some clients may be experienced dealmakers and may only require corporate finance advice on select elements of the transaction. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and are happy to tailor our scope of work to the circumstances.
Funders
We provide project based support services to the clients of debt and equity funders. Typical assignments include pre-sale readiness reviews and supporting clients manage due diligence processes.
