With 25+ years of corporate finance experience, including time at 3 of the ‘Big 4’ national firms, Don deploys his significant expertise to help clients achieve their strategic and financial goals. He specialises in advising private companies, management teams, private equity houses and debt funders on corporate acquisitions, disposals, buyouts, fundraising and strategic advisory assignments.

Don has successfully completed multiple transactions across a wide range of sectors and geographies, with deal sizes ranging from £1m to £200m+.

Outside of work, Don enjoys cycle touring and travelling with the emphasis on combining adventure with local culture and cuisine. Favourite recent destinations have included Sri Lanka, Costa Rica and New Zealand.
